Design and planning is an important phase in the architectural process. Our experienced team will develop preliminary plans and designs to help you visualize the project. These sketches are prepared for submission to the town planner in order to facilitate planning approval or compliance with pertinent By-Laws.

TENDER & CONTRACT DOCUMENTATION
We collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveyor, delivering all the necessary drawings required for the thorough preparation of tender and contract documents. We meticulously evaluate the bid submissions. By analyzing each proposal's alignment with your project goals, budget, and quality criteria, we deliver a comprehensive report or recommendation to guide your decision-making process.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Under the terms and conditions of the Contract, we carry out all the responsibilities and tasks of the Consulting Architect. We inspect the works at periodic intervals so as to ensure that the Works are being executed in general accordance with the contract and to enable the Consulting Architect to certify the completion of the various stages of the works required in support of an application for a Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) from the relevant approving authority.
